DOT physical

Service Description

We offer DOT physicals that are in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. We are able to schedule same day appointments. Please bring your drivers license and list of medications with you. Also if you wear glasses or hearing aids, they will be needed for the exam.
